Former US Army Major General Paul Valley has created an eGrassroots™ public policy research organization for the purpose of promoting dialogue -- and discipline -- of the principles found in the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and other Founding documents.. With the growing discontent voters are experiencing with their elected leaders, more and more Americans are looking for direction in dealing with an out-of-control President, lawmakers and government bureaucrats. General Vallely, a decorated professional soldier, author (Blood for Our Future) and commentator, hopes to provide some of that direction.

His group, SaveOurDemocracy.org, is a cutting-edge collaborative operation which will provide resources for the development of a well-organized educational system of advanced, factual, information-gathering techniques into media that are fresh, applicable and user-friendly to accommodate today’s tech savvy public. It is one of the first major organizations to use Internet social networking to garner members and supporters.

“Our goal is to provide simplified technology that allows the general public to learn and engage as their schedules permit,” says Board Chairman, Maj. Gen. Vallely, who is known to millions of Fox News Channel viewers as an insightful Military Analyst. Together with Lieutenant General Tom McInerney (USAF-Ret.), Vallely helped Fox News achieve the highest ratings of any cable news network during the US-led invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.

The first order of business for SaveOurDemocracy.org will be the "soft" launch of its website to provide a centralized point for information for the person Vallely calls "the anywhere constituent™."

"It's time take a page out of the private sector marketing playbook and start getting educational materials to the anywhere voter™" Vallely said. "SaveOurDemocracy.org will be the primary organization that will provide the tools that enable the voter to vet policy initiatives."

During their recent monthly meeting, the organization elected a board and developed an organizational plan. The mission of the group is to provide factual and usable information that is consumable and accessible to the people of the United States.

A West Point graduate, Gen. Vallely was commissioned into the U.S. Army in 1961. He's also graduated from Infantry School, Ranger and Airborne Schools, Jumpmaster School, the Command and General Staff School, The Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Army War College. His combat service in South Vietnam included positions as an infantry company commander, intelligence officer, operations officer, military advisor and aide-de-camp.

At the time of his retirement in 1993, he attained the rank of Major General serving as the Deputy Commander of the Army's Pacific Command.
